Dr. Oh-Seol Kwon joined the Department of Robot, Control and Instrumentation Eng. in Changwon National University where he is now Associate Professor leading Image and Vision Processing Research Group. He received the BS degree (2002) and the MS degree (2004) both in the School of Electrical Engineering, Kyungpook National University, Korea, and Ph.D. degree (2008) in the School of Electronics Engineering, Kyungpook National University, Daegu, Korea.

From 2010 to 2011, he was a senior engineer in Division of Visual Display in Samsung Electronics, Suwon, Korea while he made a contribution to the image processing and system on chips as an expert. From 2008 to 2010, he was a post-doctoral research fellow in New York University, NY, USA, and also from 2021 to 2022, he was a visiting fellow in Princeton University, NJ, USA, participating into the research for artificial intelligent, image processing, and computer vision.
